NOTE An approval agreement recognises the fact that a ‘service provider’ having satisfied the ‘approval authority (regulatory) requirements for appointment as a ‘service provider’, is appointed in that capacity, and sets out the legal obligations of the parties with respect to the on-going role of the ‘service provider’.
